Unfortunately this seems like the kind of company thats not getting ahead with changing times.

I was charged 50AED as "prepayment fee" which I have no clue what it is for. So I tried to call their call center to get answers but staff could care less. They do the typical "someone in our accounts team will get back to you" with no case reference, or any form of reassurance that let's you know these people take your complaints seriously. Spoke to two call center staff, one by the name of Islam (M) who promised to call back with a case reference but obviously just a way to get done with the call. Followed up the next day with Rana (F) who seemed to be exasperated that someone was trying to raise a complaint. Also said they would call back and they haven't...

Worst service and passing the ball tactics to tire the customer. Do better Fedex!

Friendly and efficient staffs. The service was super good. They shipped our used server to America without any hustle. Highly recommended.

The worst ever booked for a pick up took them 12 days to figure out after 100 calls with the call center they have no clue what’s going on and they give contact number wrong to there drivers. Better deal with DHL

Appalling service. The consistent lack of professionalism is a disgrace combined with some very concerning and openly acknowledged internal issues resulting in the mis-management of our corporate account. It would appear that no one at FedEx has the interest or ability to resolve issues and take ownership. Avoid this organisation.

Very bad service.. The star should none... 0... They promised to deliver the package within 7 days and its been 9 days now since the delivery, but nothing came to the recipient. They dont even have control with their own team in the Philippines. My son's flight will be delayed because of them. If they shouldnt promise 7 days, I would have gone to other courier! If its an important document, this will be a bad choice courier, otherwise if you can wait until chrismast time, why not!

If there is negative stars option I must give _5 stars....package were picked on 13th apr from RTA Dubai and delivery were scheduled on 14th..next day rescheduled on 15th by itself without calling or informing me...after waiting in whole day called support center she told package will be deliver on 17th early morning..still waiting whole day package haven't recieved...and in app its showing delivery date is 22nd of April..means from Dubai to Abu Dhabi taking 9 days and package rescheduling by itself without any call me ....worst worst worst courier ever experienced....
