Waited 25 mins to be seen and another 30 minutes to collect an important document that I travelled 30 mins from my place to get to.
If you want to waste 1.5 hours that other reputable shippers do in far less, choose these guys.... otherwise AVOId!

Great Experience!!! The receptionist did an awesome job in accomodating my request for an package I needed shipped. It wasn't busy in the office as well so I felt at ease to handle my business.

Yes. we miss one shipment and we had to round around looking for the Package yet i am happy to discover well managed storage facility of DHL in Town . Very friendly Staff and a well organised wearhouse

Service can be improved by assigning few more staff and add counter. Only 1 person and counter is in service at all the time without even an assistant.
