Big scammers! They advertise one price (decent or cheap) so they get customers to buy, BUT once you scan it, the price is always higher, never the same or lower….

Check your receipts people!

I’m tired of complaining and now only use the self service check outs and leave many items behind all the time as prices vary from shelves to the cashiers.

I doubt it it’s unintentional as it happens ALL the time.

I truly believe it’s their strategy on cheating. They get customers to think the item is priced X but in reality price is XYZ.

I have a bad experience with them for the second time around. They keep on giving me a wrong or defective item. It was supposedly easy for me to get it but for some reason, these people don’t seem to know their products, and my orders ended up as a refund. That is why I’m ordering right? Not to get a refund but to actually get the item. Yas Mall branch is way better than your Masdar branch. Ohhh and by the way, customer service are bad too! No one wants to help keep on waiting on queue whether its on the phone call or whatsapp message! If there’s no stars for this rating, i will give you zero!

Be careful on online app ordering as you will get a different item delivered. Customer service is weak as well. First and last time to order online through the Carrefour mobile app.

Nice place, wide range of products and good prices.
Due to an error in cashier register system couldn't use my voucher card so had to pay by card with commission :(
