The lady in the store of al wadha mall branch is keep on fighting to her colleagues in front of customers. She is shouting and keep on telling bad things to the guy. I hope this kind of employee will be removed even if you are senior you should respect your colleagues. You can check the cctv around 17:00h of july 2 2023 i hope the owner of this store will give action with regards to the attitude of the lady employee

I ordered an Iced caramel machiato. 5 seconds later after I asked the worker, he gives me the cup. I was shocked! I asked him did you make this right now? he replies, yes. I told him, but I didn't see you make the drink, I was watching.
He says "I just made it".
Clearly he was lying, and I couldn't do anything about it, I took the cup and felt disgusted the whole time.
I couldn't drink it. Because clearly, he has made it previously.
I threw it in garbage.

Donuts are fresh and yummy, coffee is actually great, today I saw the new holidays donut collection, Santa’s, Xmas trees and so on, however didn’t really have the best experience with the employees though, they seemed to be a bit slow and confused. However good value for money and a pretty clean food stand!

The staff named MANOJ in Al Wahda Mall branch is stupid and arrogant!! We always patronize dunkin donuts and we wanted to buy 10 pcs. Choco butternut but he would not let us saying it should be mixed. This is the first time that a staff rudely inisisted this to us!! Why would you force customers to buy which is not our preference??? And his manners and demeanor is rude and so freakin' arrogant!! First time we have ever encountered such dunkin donut staff!! Clearly this guy has no clue about proper customer service!!!

The cashier has an aggressive attitude. She was not acting professionally as well. After our encounter, I was upset the whole night and felt like I did not deserve that kind of treatment.

They are significantly understaffed. The waiting time is atleast an hour in the morning 8 to10 am(when it is usually urgent). The doctor prescribed me the medicine in the morning and i then understand that it has not been signed by the doctor and the medicine can be collected from pharmacy only after 5pm. In an urgent situation and acute pain, so the entire day i need to wait for the medicine. The staff is rude and dont respond to the queries in an efficient way. avoid!

I can't even wrap my head around how little this place seems to actually CARE about the patients they are supposed to help.

When you phone for an appointment, they now have three automatic messages one after the other, with all of them starting off by saying "If you have a medical or life threatening emergency, please hang up and dial 999", followed by "calls are recorded quality and training purposes". Just say it ONCE and get people onto hold FASTER!

I keep getting messages from them as well saying they need to speak with me about my blood test results...despite me having already contacting them to say I'VE NOT HAD A BLOOD TEST! The first time I said this when speaking to whichever Doctor it was, his response was "This is quite important so please be serious"...Yes, I'm sure it may be serious, if you were telling the CORRECT PERSON! I had to reiterate several times, getting severely agitated, that I've not had any blood tests, when he finally said "Are you sure?", as if I wouldn't remember something like that! And despite clarifying this and that they need to talk to the correct person, I still get messages that they need to speak to me!

And now, recently I had a review for some medication, that's fair enough at least, but it was decided I needed to continue with it. Two months later, I can't request anymore of the medication because I need a review again! Several times I called the surgery to explain this and I was told they would look into this and get back to me. It got to deadline day when my medication ran out so I phoned again and said that I needed to request more. The receptionist was nothing short of a verbal lawsuit waiting to happen. She said "Well I can't see what your review would have even been about, but you should have phoned a while ago before you let your medication run out". When I said that I had called several times already the week before and ended up having to ration the medication just to ensure it would last a bit longer, her response was "well you should have called sooner then, but I guess I can put in a request". What a vile creature in a shrine of incompetence.

I'm now looking to change surgery, a process that will still be quicker to do than getting off hold and phone being answered with Burlington.

The surgery now provides its services via phone and text, it’s near impossible to see a doctor and I’m unsure what they now do. This service could effectively be provided from another country and I would not notice a difference.

There are very long wait times to get through on the phone and long delays for call backs which is at odds with a move to a medical service delivered by text and phone.

Whilst I appreciate the strains the NHS is under and the efforts of the staff it’s important to provide an honest review of experiences.

AWFUL HORRIBLE SURGERY WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AT ALL! People complain about the amount of time you have to call to get through but that’s nothing compared to a referral which they promised me was made 6 months ago. At the time there was a 12 months waiting list. I call to chase it up and it wasn’t done and now the waiting list is 2 years!!!
I called on a Friday and was told to wait until after 4pm to get my antibiotics from my pharmacy. It wasn’t done. Monday I was told the guy I spoke to forgot to send it! Finally got them Tuesday
And this is all on top of redialling between 80-100 times to get a telephone appointment.
Also caught the receptionists TWICE laughing about me thinking they had me on hold! Lovely!!!

Honestly no one here gives a #*$@ about any patients at this surgery

I don't think there's a surgery that can be this bad anywhere else in Ipswich. Couldn't get through to them, ended up ringing 111 they sent an appointment through to Burlington road needing to be seen within 2 hours. Finally got through to Burlington Road after an hour to be told someone will call you at somepoint before we close. So after 2 1/2 hours of phone calls I still don't even have an appointment to see anyone

Came to see nurse last week, I was not in a good place, was I’ll have a rattling chesty cough been going on for sometime but herring worse, Nurse told me I need to see doctor she was lovely. Walked to reception said I need to make an appointment to see doctor, she said next Tuesday I will get a phone call, I said phone call I need to see a doctor she said sorry you have to have a phone call first. I have been with this surgery since about 1982. I know things have changed since covid but I hardly go to doctors, I never take any medication but when you know something is not right with your heart & chest you expect to be able to see a doctor. How can the doctor listen to my chest over the phone ????????u200d♀️. I was told last year that the heart issue needs looking into again, never heard a thing so the referral was not put through.
I feel sorry for A&E people going there for minor things because they can’t see a doctor.

Surely the worst doctors surgery in Ipswich. You genuinely ring 150+ times at 8am and still don't even get through to the queue, it just cuts straight off. Had to use 111 to actually get an appointment

1 Pete Rumbold 17 months ago

I suspect most GP surgeries are just as bad, but having to ring 50 times even when you call bang on 8am to even get through to the queue to then wait another 20 minutes to speak to someone, then be told you'll get a call back at some point today, then never get the call back, is quite simply disgusting. And when you call near end of the day to see if you are going to get the call, guess what?! You can't get through to anyone! Utter disgrace.
