I bought an electronic device and I saw that the box was a bit ruffled so I asked the sales person is this a new piece and he reassured me that it was. When I went home and while unboxing the product I found that the item was used and had scuffs and scratches all over. I came back to return the item and it is safe to say I will not be shopping here again.

I bought a tv from ecity one year ago and I purchased an extended 2years warranty, so he company sent someone to pick up the tv but now they are refusing to send it back to me for more than 10 days , the service is done by another company and I did revive the messages that the repair is done but the company is useless , no body is answering me.

If you want bro but something my recommendation is that go find it some where else

We received disappointing service. I bought two major appliances and paid in full upfront, 1 month ahead of moving house. The first appliance was delivered very late on the day of the move, even though the move-in date was set from the start. The second appliance (the store model) was delivered 2 days later and was left outside the house in the open for another day until the technician came to install it. Communication has been exceptionally weak from this store and their agents from the beginning. It definitely was not worth the stress, and I would not recommend them as a place to buy major appliances.

Terrible customer service. Phone bought would not work properly, refused to exchange. Avoid shop at all costs manager no help and had a terrible attitude.

Not even one star ! Don’t buy from Ecity Yas mall !!! The worst service ever ! No refund / exchange if the product is not good ! The staff are not helpful at all . Once you pay they vanish and they ignore you totally! Buy directly from the supplier Not from them .

Having price matched at another high profile departmental store, the service we got at E-city @ Yas mall was commendable. We were shown a variety of products range of the items that we were looking for. The pending star is because we are awaiting delivery - will feedback once we have received all the said goods.

I do have no intention to buy a phone but it made me bought a few items. Excellent!! Its worth a given price and makes my Kids happy!! Thanks E-city YAs mall staff and to your Manager!!!
