The staff need to improve a LOT in customer service in dealing with their customers and product knowledge on the products they are selling, especially the stores in Abu Dhabi Mall and Yas Mall.

Very bad service I purchased the bag for my Mac book with in 2-3 days zip is malfunctioning logo came out I send many email and call to their head office but no one is respond me I will never ever go nor suggest to anyone from this brand

I had a very bad experience with clarks shipping company, my order was out for delivery for 4 days, and until now I did not receive it ,
The driver called me ( Hashim ) while I was in duty, and when I told him to drop the item when I reach home he refused and said that he won't be around..he was insisting to have the villa number to drop the item in the sun infront of the villa even if no one is there at that time , I asked him to call me back after 2pm and he refused
Since that day , 4 days now , I'm still waiting my order and no one is answering my emails..
I won't do any order from your shop again
