I ordered a sultani and it came too well done, I wanted medium. It's super hard to chew.
He told me it's not black, I explained to him that if it was black it would be burned.
He went to give me my money back which is kinda demeaning
I am not looking for a free meal, just a medium cooked sultani

It was a very frustrating experience. He ended up printing 2 separate receipts after waiting 10 mins and said he couldn’t get all the items I purchased printed. So essentially I’ll have to pay for some of this out of pocket and won’t get reimbursed by my company. Very frustrating. I will never come back here again.
