I bought a Samsonite for almost 1,500 AED and 10 years warranty, one trip for 3 days, and brought it back one week later with damaged Zipper! That’s all fine so far, until I started dealing with those people.
I have been given the contact number of at least 4 people in Abu Dhabi and Dubai! They refused to replace it, and then they kept asking me to follow up with this guy and this guy, with zero communication with each other! Blaming one another and blaming me for not following up ????
3 weeks now and they have no idea what happened to my suitcase!
I have been in contact with Hassan the shop manager (he keeps asking me to follow up with the brand manager), I call the brand manager, he hangs up and send me messages he will call later (two weeks since he answered last time), and speak to the Samsonite representative in the store and she asks me to speak to Richard the service manager! (Yes, no I know them all by name, no one can even sort a little damage issue! And I still don’t have my suitcase replace or fixed)!!
Is there a way to give zero start here?

Before I was a regular customer. Now NEVER will go to this store again. I’m feeling fool to buy a EDT perfume for almost 400 dirham which actual price is 100. I checked online stores and the same perfume in other shops and it’s not more than 100 dirham for EDP not even EDT as I bought there. I called the store next day and asked if I can return my perfume if I didn’t open it. They said only exchange. I came there after 12 days and talked to the manager. He was not in the mood (as always! ) and with his eyes rolled he showed me small board where it says that exchanging or returning is possible within 10 days only. His attitude was really rude that time. I was in that shop often and had never seen that board before because it’s facing other side and never no one informed me about it even when I called with that problem. Actions of that manager was very unprofessional as he even didn’t ask me anything about the issue that I had. Never never never will go there again and will not recommend
