Very well decorated and equipped restaurant, staff are great except the juice bar staff needs more customer service skills.

Food is diverse Italian made to order to suit your own taste.

Service is quick, and food ingredients are fresh though I found chicken a bit off taste.

The food market style brings a new experience to your dinning journey though this can be an issue with kids who are curious and want to see what is happening.

Pizza came soggy with all the liquids coming from the vegetables, which is pizza killer. Staff dried it out from liquids but still the dough is moist.

Menu is not helpful as it's more of an ingredients menu rather than a real menu.

The restaurant is well located at the entrance of the mall on the 3rd floor.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at Vapiano restaurant in Abu Dhabi mall. Half of my order was forgotten for 30 minutes until I went to check on it myself, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the supervisor lady did not even apologize for the inconvenience and simply cancelled that part of my order.
I must say that Vincent was the only staff member who took ownership of the situation and apologized to us, even though he was not directly involved. I appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation. He showed himself as highly professional.
I would also like to bring to your attention that during my visit, I noticed two men working in the open kitchen without hairnets. This is a serious hygiene concern that should be addressed immediately. Both of them are not a part of kitchen staff!
I hope that management will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Professionally prepared Italian food especially the pizza. Very good service. Clean restroom. Reasonable venue. Moderate price. Good for a quick bite...!

The whole concept of Vapiano means to go slow: take your time to eat and no one will be there to hurry you along or bother you by moving you on to the next course. You simply choose the station you want to go to – pasta, pizza, antipasti, salad, coffee, drinks – and order what you want. A handy Vapiano credit card records your food purchases and you pay at the end.

Vapiano even have fresh herbs growing in pots on every table so you can tear off some basil or rosemary to add to your dish which is a wonderful touch.

This is one of the beautiful restaurants i have visited in Abu Dhabi ???? and the taste is 5 start.
You can personalise your pizza and pasta ????
Lot of space and its self-service.
You will enjoy with your family. Its so big from out side it looks very small.
The kitchen is so beautiful' will maintained.
Overall the place is very elegant ❤
Its in Abu Dhabi mall if your in the city.

This was an unpleasant experience as normally this is my family favorite dine-in. Thought to share my feedback to the management. We ordered 2 Gamberetti E Spinaci and it was tasteless plus the . prawns was not cooked and less creamy …The last time we had ordered the same dish and it was very delicious. Pls check with your chef for the consistency. I had at the Abu Dhabi mall branch on June 1
