I had purchased a Shoe on 28 May upon payment i swiped my card and it went through from their machine , however it was showing time pit in the charge slip . I paid cash to cashier again .

After 5 minutes i got msg from bank that payment had already deducted .

They took payment twoce from me and i produced my bank statement next day however they didn’t gave me an exact days that will take for refund and they are not ready to give my money back , horrible experience i have with cashier .

I would say that the shopping experience wasn't very please. Khaled wasn't very enthusiastic in assisting us. Maybe he thought we we just window shopping. He finally assisted us and tried several shoes. We finally chose one and was informed the size wasn't available in-store but can be ordered online. So we agree. He checked online and said it wasn't available. He was insisting for us to buy the shoes which we didn't like. So we decided to leave and walk away. When we were leaving the store he informed us that he can order the preferred shoes in Dubai. If he has offered us the first time, it would have save both our time.

I visited Lacoste Abu Dhabi mall just today, and the sales lady isn’t accommodating. Not even a single Hi ???? even though I really love to buy the bag that time, I just walk away. This lady seems bored with her job????

The staff was all welcoming and enthusiastic when you walk into the store.
They tried their best to hide the on sale items. Eventually when I bought the item on sale instead of the 2 normal polo's I tried, their reaction changed like I had broken a promise.
Also the store billing counter is a mess and took arppox 8 mins to just to print a bill with no queue.

The store itself is nice, it had different types of sneakers that I was interested in and was planning to buy. However, fate ruled otherwise in the form of absolutely horrific & terrifying experience which happened because of the only staff member present at the moment. When I walked into the store, he immediately jumped on me and started showing different shoes, showing them into my face. I asked him to let me see them at my own pace and that I’ll ask him for help when I’ll choose something. After a minute or so, he continued to try & aggressively sell me some of their models, while I tried to stay polite and asked him to give me some space once again. However, after another minute or so I saw him grabbing the bags OUT OF MY HANDS talking something about helping me out (I repeat, he was actively trying to take my shopping bags from other stores from me while I was pulling back). After struggling like this for a couple of seconds , he finally let go , while I stood there in absolute shock. Of course, there was no chance I’d buy something there after that, so I went away as quickly as I could.
Absolutely horrifying & terrible experience.
