One of the amazing place I visited in Abu Dhabi to shop for my new phone. You can choose from so many tech gadgets at amazing discounted price. I bought a new phone from there.
I would recommend everyone to visit this place in Abu Dhabi Mall. I'm sure it would be a great experience for you.

The worst decision ever to purchase all my electronics from Sharaf DG. They are just brokers, worst delivery more than management. I purchased for almost 4,000$ (Cooker, refrigerator, washer, TV, microwave, grill till the kettle)

Sharaf DG will just sell you the product, and you will have to deal with each and every supplier alone, random delivery timings, unprofessional installation and in light with all that, Sharaf DG team they do not coordinate, this just leave you alone directly with the supplier/delivery companies.

I will not ever recommend them to anyone who thinks that purchasing from such a “big name” will save you the headache. They are severely weak in the whole process.

Summary, the time you pay, you will start suffering to receive your products.

Example:- Attached photo of how randomly their suppliers/delivery companies will drop your products while you are not at home and at anytime they feel to.

Not having well trained staff. They have no idea what they sell, and they can't help you give proper technical presentation of the devices you are interested in. They need training. A big bunch of people roaming around the stands with no use. In Dubai, they are much better, trained interested in selling and giving you pertinent information about new coming products. When we asked about a new laptop on sale in the store in Dubai, they had to consult the website page to understand what we are asking for. They said, "Ooo, yes, we have one piece, but not displayed." So, why was it not displayed? How do they expect to sell it? Staff used to be trained in this shop, I think something is not right anymore in the Abu Dhabi branch. Unfortunately, you better go for Sharaf in Dubai Mall. Much better represented, well trained, helpful staff. I guess they don't really want to sell anything in here.

This outlet of Sharaf DG is conviniently located in Abu Dhabi Mall making it our favirite Sharaf DG branch. Today we had our phone protector installed from mobile outfitters in 2 phones and we bought a new phone today. The staff were very polite and helpful and helped us through all the steps. After sales service here is exceptional. ????????

Dont expect the executive will check your gadget if u order and click store collect. Its completely customer responsibility. I understood that its not counting in their sale so they are not interested. They will shuttle u in the store will make u disgusting

And dont even think about returning a product after purchase. They mentioned in website that
customer can return product if they are not happy. But they will simply tell you this will applicable only if manufacturing defect. Any way this will be my last purchase.. Good luck for new customers.

Before buying from here please compare the price from other stores too.
While buying there is going to be some sales man who pushes some particular brand they will be wearing the same brands uniform. Don't take openions from them. They are going to push their brand even if there are inferior. Ask a guy wearing shops uniform.
