Upon visiting the store, we approached the ladies section in hopes of a quick accessories shopping. Unfortunately, the only sales associate available seemed disinterested in assisting us and instead focused on selling us jewelries, despite our clear explanation that we were pressed for time and only looking for a couple of items. This lack of understanding and refusal to accommodate our needs made us feel disrespected and undervalued as customers.
To make matters worse, the sales associate then passed us off to her colleague without any explanation or attempt to rectify the situation. This level of service is not reflective of the quality and professionalism that we have come to associate with Luis Vuitton.
In stark contrast, we subsequently visited Dior where we were greeted with warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to assist us. The service we received at Dior reaffirmed our belief in the importance of customer-centric experiences.
I believe it is essential for Luis Vuitton to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. As a valued customer, I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and provide us with a suitable resolution. We hope to see the same level of dedication and attention to detail that has made Luis Vuitton a renowned brand worldwide.

I bought a shoe and it was a little bit tight. the next day I went back to the store and I tried to refund or exchange the shoe. However, one of the employees there her name is Nawal, was very unprofessional and very rude to us.
First she took the shoe inside and opened it, then came back to say that the shoe is not in good quality. Even though it did not last 24 hrs with us..
She insisted on not helping! Which was so weird. We are not even from UAE and our flight is the next day.
I love their store and their services in Jeddah.
However, I would really think again before buying anything from this branch of LV.

The male SA made it feel like I was just in an ordinary store. He was not interested - handed me the bag I wanted to purchase, then proceeded to speak to someone and left me unattended and would only be available whenever I get his attention. Seemed like he was preoccupied/ bothered by something. He wasn't pleasant at all.
Ended up leaving and went straigh to Gucci just across, where service was top notch! SA was very patient when I was selecting. Attention was undivided!!!

Some staff treating the customers rudely.
They leave a customer to assist other customers.
A lack of knowledge of the products to top it up and a lack of patience if you ask one more question than the one they allow...
