they should be transparent about the products they’re selling instead of lying the website says full size when in reality it’s a tiny travel size the amount of money you’d pay for both those things completely changes when the size is such a huge change! the quality of the bag is so cheap too. so disappointing

Im not into make up. But i just pass by to buy fenty lip luminizer but the Brand representative of Laura Mercier came to me and assisted me properly she accommodated me very well and her products is the best for asian skin like me. Thank you for introducing ur products. and higly recommended Laura Mercier

Same as the latest post - I was discriminated against for speaking english. The cashier was rude and annoyed that I didn't want to get a sephora membership. when my card declined for their system error, she told her cashier friend that it is declined and when i said it was a system error she didnt like that - she was shaming me publicly and then of course my payment went through!

Went in with a friend to do some looking and a worker rudely interrupted us, asking us why do we talk in English , She was highly offensive and rude not even asking we needed any help just being awfully judgmental and repeating the question while glaring at us the whole time.

As a gold card customer I’ve never had this happen and disgusted and did not walk in expecting to be treated and judged like that awful employees who just keeping gossiping about us while we hear it.

I have been to this location many times and i know most of the staff members here. Out of all, the staff naming Florentina is the best. She is always honest in recommemdations, never pushy, and serves you with beautiful smile. Hope she gets promoted and is appreciated well by the management.

yall I don't know what's up with Sephora these days but everyone looks like they don't wanna be there, even when I didn't ask anyone for help they’d come up to me insisting to help then act as if i asked them to sell their souls to me or smthn all the non arabs there were great and the arab men by the perfumes were great help lovely attitudes! but the arab women made me want to gauge my eyes out I went in there with a list and came out confused with nothing I intended on getting this is nothing prejudice im arab myself. Plus the lady called Zainab at the cashier is a whole other story!! I've had better experiences with parisians in sephora france than here!!! and that says alot!

Horrible store. Staff was running after me in the store, popping up in every corner asking what I wanted. I eventually stopped replying so they started shouting into my ear "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?". Other staff shoved me out of the way to chase down and annoy other customers. I would expect more professionalism at this branch because of the location, but its actually the worst branch I have ever visited in the UAE. Staff is completely unprofessional.

Very bad customer service, I for a service to be done in this branch, the lady there told me I will call you after few minutes today and she never called, so I called the branch many times but they didn’t answer instead they start opening the line and hanging up, tried it several times and they kept doing the same. Very rude
