I’ve visited Chanel yesterday and front of my eyes I saw how one lady from the staff was taking really rudely to one of the customers! Come on, the guy came to spend thousands of euros to this shop , and deserve to have a great service! However, I didn’t even feel to stay in this shop and buy something, so I just left. You have to educate your staff because as I see I’m not the only one who noticed the attitude.

I entered and most of the staff was on their phone they don’t give attention to the costumers. I was with one staff and I asked her about the mini bags she told me its there and ignored me and continued using her mobile. I was shocked although im a regular costumer !! On the other side, I entered dior and felt very welcomed and the staff are so nice to me!!!

My favorite chanel boutique in the UAE, always polite and the staff and Sales associates are proper and professional. Even when items are not available they will inform you if any items will be available soon. The fashion advisors are very charming and have very good knowledge within the brand and quality of their products.

Worst customer service ever!! Rude abrupt staff who have zero people skills!! Don’t bother with this boutique at all! The entire store staff ought to be ashamed on how they are degrading such a luxury brand!

Dior opposite Chanel on the other hand have exceptional customer service!

Excellent team! Excellent service! Visiting their boutique, especially the beauty section, always lifts my mood. The SAs know the products very well, and they are attentive and knows what to recommend. I always go to Redha for all my concerns, he is an excellent SA and is great asset to Chanel. I, personally already am a big fan of Chanel, but it is the welcoming attitude and presence provided that makes the experience always and truly wonderful.

Unlike other brands, Chanel is the only one that lives up to its name and values it’s customers. I would especially like to mention Chen for making my shopping experience a memorable one. Thank you Chen, I will be back soon!! ????

I was disappointed with the SA there I dont know if shes not in the mood because shes making (make face) to us. But I want to thank Ms. Mei shes very accommodating and she helped me a lot. Im very happy with my purchased.

Reda/ Rada (who is on duty today - 13th Feb.) is amazing. He defines what good customer service is ????. Keep it up.. Chanel good job for improving the customer service you provide aside from a great scent ofcourse.
