I love this outlet of Mc Donald’s as this place is in our neighborhood.The staff here is professional and Mr. Manoj, the store manager is a friendly person and attend to customers need promptly. The food always tastes fresh and we enjoy dining here.Would recommend this place to all Reem folks.

The taste need small follow invert other branches. Second thing the employee who was working in drive thru in 4-Aug-2023 need some follow cuz he didn’t follow the Instructions and safety, he wasn’t wear a gloves and he touch the fries with same hand he touch the window

I had a problem with the card while payment. The cashier didn't know how to say softly that there is a problem with your card she says it so loudly twice insufficient funds. Store manager should train her staff on how to approach such scenarios for better customer satisfaction. In addition no smile on all faces except the store manager. And kitchen staff preparing the food are not wearing gloves.

Went through the drive thru today. Waited in line for 15 minutes. I pull up to order a d am asked cash or card. I responded "card" and was informed they only take cash. Recently, same drive thru they took card. In case it didn't work --no issue but post it prior to people sitting in line waiting. Rude and unthoughtful.

I ordered again for the 5th time. They always make wrong order in drive thru, i ordered spicy chicken mc nuggets they gave me normal nuggets. What is wrong with the hiring management here? Just hire people? You dont know how to train? Hello branch. Wakeup

This branch have the worst service ever, and rude staff. every time I visit they delay and make a mistake in my order. Alway something missing or they give you wrong sandwiches . They even don’t apologize to you ????

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with McDonald's service at the ADNOC Tamouh, Reem Island branch. Their slogans promised to help customers skip queues, avoid waits, and save time, but my order experience fell short of these promises.

Despite ordering ahead and arriving promptly at the Drive-Thru, I was asked to move and park aside so they could serve other cars. This not only contradicted their claim of saving time but also showed a lack of consideration for my waiting time and plans to drop off my family at the airport.

McDonald's failed to deliver on their advertised commitments, leaving me frustrated, late and questioning their dedication to fulfilling their promises. I hope they take note of such instances and make improvements to provide a better experience that aligns with their marketing claims or simply stop with false claims. This explains why most of McDonald's staff comes to you, asks for our phone, so they could give 5 stars for their branch and self.

In conclusion, my recent encounter with McDonald's ADNOC Tamouh, Reem Island branch, service was deeply disappointing. This is not my first time and I'm sure, these reviews are of no use. Their slogans of skipping queues, avoiding waits, and saving time did not match the reality of my order experience.

One of the guys who works there, he is from far east, maybe his name is Min or so, today 29 May 2023, when my wife and daughter were having lunch he was very rood and unrespectful to them just because they asked him about food calories. He start laughing and saying we do not have such thing and you can look it up yourself and kept laughing. The other staff a lady came to apologize but he kept laughing as he is drunk. Ashamed to have such worker in Mcdonald
