If there was a lower star rating, i would have not hesitated to offer that. I purchase VaporFly shoe from this store at Al-Wahda and right from my purchase my experience was terrible. Sales staff is utterly un-interested. Anyway, the product was faulty and the role broke off and I had to return, after few months, the exchanged shoe again had some issues was was again to be exchanged. However, my chief complaint is not about the quality of the Nike product. but the staff at the store. how they treated me, it was outrageous. Instead of apologizing that they kept giving me a wrong shoe over and over again, their attitude was very rude. Come again , we are waiting for approval, dont call us again and again, our store incharge is not available, busy, we are very busy, etc etc. The store manager Ms Jamela and her staff failed out rightly to handle the situation and made me feel that they are doing some favor to me. I spent money by purchasing the best brand and product in the market. always I chose nike, my family everyone uses no other brand. however how this store treated me, was something to remember, very unpleasant. they made me make rounds, call , wait for over 10 days or more. and did not answer professionally and trying to understand my side. And the last day incident. date 10 July (yesterday) appx time 7 PM, the lady at the counter - she misbehaved and was very very very rude to me, to the point, she even THREW THE RECEIPT AT ME when I asked for it. I objected to this she said I did not throw. but the store is camera captured, so it can be checked. and when I said i am Nike's customer and she cannot treat me like that, and I will raise an complain, she said go ahead. So I was astonished. Never stepping a foot at this store.

Great service, knowledgeable staff (Marisa - she was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous) - glad to have visited the store. Look forward to coming back for more. The benefit of buying a brand comes with the higher price tag, and some discount offers would be welcome.

Staff Sandip was so polite and has very good knowledge of the products nike is offering. I found sandip so professional and did fantastic job dealing with us.I will definitely visit the store again.

I purchased a running shoe of AED 435 from Nike Store Al Wanda Mall six months back and it was hardly used only for two months.Recently I noticed that both the shoe is damaged due to some manufacturing defect. I reported this to Mr. Sohail(Store Manager, Al Wahda Mall) but the response initially was cold, seems like it’s normal.He was arguing that the invoice was not available in the system, then I asked him to check in front of me and found details. He then checked with his customer service department and today I got a call from them saying that it’s not manufacturing defect, it’s my problem.
The product and service in this store is pathetic, dnt know about other stores.
Really disappointed!

Very poor customer service.the guy was pushing me to buy shoes cleaner with the additional of 28 aed, when i denied he said its free with shoes
I asked him if its free you can give but he denied by saying you just said no need..both the lady from the counter and the guy start to talk in their language and start laughing and It was so embarrassing moments in-front of other people
They don’t know how to deal with a customer in a appropriate way.
It could have handle in better way.

What a nice and enjoyable experience from start to end. I had a minor problem with my shoes and Josephine did a wonderful job in resolving the issue.
She did a nice job in timely communication and Followup and that’s very important to customer to receive an update on time.

In my opinion she is a role model in customer care experience as I had another unpleasant experience with another Nike store in Abu Dhabi.

Well done Josephine and well done Nike!

I want to return an item even though I brought up my receipt but they did not want for a refund or exhange. Extremely disappointed. Never will I come back to this store.
