The lady who takes order , was so rude she did not answers my questions . Then she left me with my family in front of cash machine without taking order for almost 15 minute while she preparing other customers meals .
which only means, Popoeyes maybe not have good employees or not paying good wages they should have trained staff .It was clear she waste time by delaying customers order ...

For sure dont use this Abu Dhabi Mall branch.

Re-train your staffs! They are unprofessionals and unfriendly! The staffs in Abu Dhabi Mall are super rude that you do not want to go back or you do not want to repeat and dine there again! Their service is extremely poor, they do not even give condiments and cuttleries! Food has become expensive, rice costs 9 dirhams! It is even more expensive than when you dine in a fine dining restaurants! Stingy stingy stingy, you need to do better! I would rather go to KFC or the Filipino fast food called Jollibee!

I wanted to buy for my lunch and I have only cash which is 100s and 500s, and only 100 aed the smaller bill I have and no other smaller bills. The manager asked me if I have smaller bill or card, I don't have. They didn't let me order because THEY ARE LAZY TO FIND CHANGE BOTH MANAGER AND CASHIER STAFF. THEY DON'T HAVE INITIATIVE TO STEP OUT OF THE STORE AND ASK OTHER FOOD STALLS BESIDE THEM KNOWING THEY STILL HAVE OTHER STAFFS INSIDE. WHAT A SHAME THAT THEY JUST LET ME LEAVE THE STORE BECAUSE AS PER HER SHE CAN'T GIVE ME MY ORDER. YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE A MANAGER. IN MY WORK BEFORE AS RETAIL SALES, OUR MANAGER IS THE ONE ASKING FOR CHANGE OUTSIDE THE STORE IF NO OTHER STAFFS AVAILABLE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MAAM!

i come today May 23 2022 in Popeye's Abu Dhabi Mall Foodcourt Branch and ordered Crunch Box that comes with 3pcs tenders with 1 side and drinks and i pay using Apple Pay and your Rude kabayan staff rudely say " its not there! top here bec this will hang!" okay i get it but he could tell nicely yeah not yelling to the customer and its 12pm and he completely ruin my day! what kind of staff you have?? is it the right way to tell to your customer?? by yelling at them? just to remind you that we are the very reason why u are still working and why your restaurant still operating! ???????????? So you better treat your Customers Right! what your staff did is very Rude and Blatant! ????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️ is it my problem that u are using an old version of card machine? ???????????????????????????? Very Rude Staff! not Recommended???????????????????????????????????????? Shout out to Popoyes Abu Dhabi Mall and Management as you can see majority of your reviews in this branch is Negative! I often visit to have cajun fries ???? very famous.
Tasty and different from normal fries.
Its burgers compared to other fast food chain are big in size and you have many spicy options.
But the fries options they should also put medium fries. Now they only have small and large.
Overall I give 4 rating as I visit often

I forced my self to put one supposed to 0 not only 1 time many times it happens may be I am staff so her behavior is like that ,I don't want to mention her name it in Abu Dhabi mall really staff behavior is like they are giving free meal, always disappointed,date 24 September 2022,time 3:00 pm ????she better cancelled my order rather than give change and my food ????one of the worst service I ever get.
