Bridge Inspector by trade. This viaduct is known locally as the 7 arches. Built by Ben and John Green who also built greys monument, theatre royal and the miners cottages. Most people walk past this as being part of the scenery but if you stop and take a few minutes to appreciate the details and history of this structure it is a delight.
