they should be transparent about the products they’re selling instead of lying the website says full size when in reality it’s a tiny travel size the amount of money you’d pay for both those things completely changes when the size is such a huge change! the quality of the bag is so cheap too. so disappointing

I would like to share my experience at Sephora Abu Dhabi mall, this is by far the best customer service I had received throughout all Sephora branches in uae. Rashimi is beyond fabulous she dedicated so much effort and time to solve all my quotes. She was really extermlly cooperative and helpful. She tried to help in several issues I had. I even told her that this is the best customer service I had received and promised to always come to this branch.

I stopped buying from there as the quality of the perfume went down SO BAD. There’s a saying that’s been going around that it’s coming from jebel ali. So for ur own sake don’t buy their perfumes and buy it from the original shop.

Guzlan it is a good promoted to benefits she always present her product in beautiful way. Iam one of person always I took her advices in the product , also she made for me the eye brow in very natural way . Even I had inform my friend to go to her and do it really she is kindly, lovely , helpful I recommend every one to deal with her

Extremely rude workers
there was a arab lady with black hair pulled into a ponytail (not sure what her name was) with an EXTREMELY big attitude, workers always staring and makes it feel like they’re talking about you, that same arab lady made the security follow me around the store and also another hijabi woman started staring at me everywhere i went. it’s okay to ask if we need help but we already told her we’re fine and she followed us everywhere and started staring at us which made me feel very weird.
don’t recommend this branch, worst one i’ve ever been to in my life.

Because Internet was weak and I had information on my phone I had to keep going outside for a signal to find stuff. The bloke in the office was okay.
