Best sport massage in town! After trying physio and other sport massage centers, I have come to reSTART, and in 4 sessions, I can comfortably say that Michelle has resolved completely the issues I came with. Very competent and professional practitioner. I will return for sure to improve mobility and muscle flexibility! Highly recommended.

I found this as I was searching for a good sports massage and rehab work and I’m so glad I found them!! Michelle is a highly skilled, amazing therapist who really knows what she’s doing. I had a lot of knots, scar tissue and was tight in many places and over two sessions she helped me on my way to feeling a lot better. The staff is friendly and professional and their facilities very clean and top notch. You won’t regret coming here!

At first, I was a bit hesitant on booking the free trial, since I just wanted to understand how to recover from my injuries and how to alleviate soreness.

After the first session, Michelle layed out a well structured plan to tackle the issues I was facing. Each session my understanding of physiotherapy was increasing and the I reaped the benefits in my training routine.

I would like to thank the staff at reSTART for helping me recover but also learning from this experience and implementing the knowledge in my current training routine.

That being said, the recovery plans are structured to accomodate for any sort of training or non training issues.

P.S: There will be some mild discomfort and pain, but if you can bear with it, it will aid you in feeling more in tune with your body, so it's well worth it in my personal opinion.

This is my go to place for recovery.
reSTART specializes in Sports Therapy and Recovery. Their services range from Sports Massage, Compression Therapy, they have an IR Sauna, Cryotherapy, and Flotation Therapy.
The staff are always a pleasure to talk with regarding booking and during the therapy sessions.
If you're an athlete or a person taking sports seriously and looking for a place to recover, this is one you should add to your list.

Incredible Menna! I come in stiff and sore, sometimes limping, I walk out light and upright, planning the workout for next day. Excellent sports massage by a professional and skilled therapist. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere,
I recommend reSTART without hesitation.

I have been visiting Michelle at Restart on a weekly basis for several months. Her treatments have been an invaluable aide to my post-training recovery allowing me give maximum effort in each training session. They can’t reverse the aging process but they can certainly make you move more easily and pain-free! Overall, a great clinic with amazing technology and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place. Number 1 in sports massages . Nuwandi is one of the best I have ever met and gives great massages. You will feel 100% ready to attack your next training session for sure

Restart is one of my favorite places in Abu Dhabi. The staff is extremely kind and professional, especially Rona. Everything is very clean and their services are of the highest level. I personally love there floatation, which is from Float labs, the best sensory deprivation tank. Makes my meditation go to the next level. Highly recommended place!
