We would always drop by here whenever we're in Galleria to check firsthand any latest tech releases. We've purchased several items from here. So far, we're satisfied with their products as well as the customer service.

Terrible customer service. System always down, both staff present not willing to help customers, an automated bot response from a human for any enquiry. Not aware of any procedures or protocols used in the company.
And further to the above, falsely claimed that I presented documents not following TDRA regulations when the documents in my possession where accepted as per the history with the online support from their application.
Don’t waste your time and just open a ticket online.

My favorite place for electronics and books, I ask them to bring a novel I didn't find at the store and it takes less than two days ???????? Great Service! Thank you.

I must praise Katherine for her amazing customer service today. She helped me picked out an iphone cover that suits my particular needs with a gimbal and took the liberty of sticking on my front screen cover (which is always fiddly and difficult) and made sure every tiny bit of air was out from under the cover until it's absolute perfection. Definitely beyond the pale services that makes the customer want to go back to the store! Thank you very much, Katherine. Otherwise, the store helpfully stocks a lot of products and I always find what I need.

They do not answer their phones and they close ticket sales before 9pm, even though they say 9pm.

Virgin Megastore is basically a hub for every gamer, collector and lover of technology. Once you come here you'll feel like you want to buy every item and had to control myself from over spending. Their staff named Jay R and everyone are very skilled and knowledgeable on the items in their department and will assist you in any way possible, really worth the visit ????????
