I do appreciate the team in this branch. They offer a great service and they are dedicated in providing quality and educating customers about coffee beans’ origins and recommendations for their brewing methods. For me that’s what a coffeeshop must offer and building up a community starts with a sip of coffee.

I was on holiday in Abu Dhabi and this was my first time trying Starbucks. It’s safe to say it did not live up to my expectations. I wasn’t very familiar the menu and how to order so I just ordered something off the board that seemed like it would be tasty. However, the drink was 90% crushed ice and 10% flavour. I couldn’t even taste it.

There are at least 4 Starbucks branches in Galleria Mall, which is a bit too much.
I had the Iced Caramel Macchiato.

I like this branch as it’s not as busy as the other branches. Also if you go before afternoon you can enjoy beautiful skylight lighting at the seating area.

Best coffee in galleria mall and best staff, it’s the best branch and I’m a regular customer of 2 years. Keep up the amazing work.
