The attitude and service here is awful ！！！！ I just wanted a stamp for my cash flow, but everyone refused me and told me it was unnecessary. But it was necessary for me. The bank has a stamp but it doesn't work. I don't understand why, do you want to keep the stamp to give birth to your children? Why is it that a service that banks in other cities can offer on their own initiative is not available to you? You will delay my visa application and will you be responsible for this?

Went to the bank just to order a new card,it takes just a couple of minutes. Waited in a quie.
After that have been told they have no capacity to do it now. Waited 35 mins and have been told to book an appointment. 35 mins of waiting and no card.
Very very very bad service.

Very rude staff. Verbally abused my father when another customer jumped the line in front of him. Will be raising a formal complaint with the manager.

It has a really receptive staff and a well informed and operative timings. It never took me longer than 15 minutes for any of my simple processes such as deposit, opening an account etc. The staff is swift, helpful and attentive with their work. I felt at ease whenever I had work with bank

Horrible service, didn’t even help they were so rude to me because I wanted to take 2,000 and then they blocked my card.

Shocking. No matter what time of the day you come they understaffed! Cash deposit machines always out of service, maybe one out of four will work. Queue to the door or longer.
Absolutely shambles but what you expect. They only after your money!

Nice and clean. A fancy building as well. But the instant deposit machines are not always working which leads to queues which is annoying because some people take forever
