I am not happy with the Exchange/ Refund policy the store has. In fact, I forgot if the employee handover the original receipt to us or we lost it for some reason. The issue that the shop won’t refund or exchange any item unless original receipt provided. There is no reason not to consider our request or at least try to help us or do any attempt to reprint the receipt, thus it’s affecting the store reputation.
