We were seated promptly. There were many food stations including middle eastern, Asian & Sushi, but the food choices were limited in each, there was only one kind of fish, no salmon or shrimp, no steaks, only one soup (thin”cream” of broccoli).
The desserts were even more restrictive: few cut fruits, one apple pie, one mushy “clafouties” with no cherries.
Drinks were not included not even water.
Was all that worth 150 aed ? Don’t think so.

However the food it self is below par. Dry overcooked meat crunchy old rice left uncovered at the fridge & room temp wilted salads. Not to mention the smell in the restaurant. I really hope they work on it

We had our dinner and breakfast buffet. The food and service were all worth it. See photos for the variety of cuisines for their dinner buffet. Complete your stay at Fairmont Ajman with good food from Spectrum.
