Place pretty tidy...Range for a big store is a little confusing....no toilets and if you forget a coin for trollies they won't release one for you.

Had a really good costumer service experience, I was looking for a shirt for my sons school, as another company let me down with the delivery. A lady called “kam” went above and beyond to help me. She was very polite and very professional. I highly recommend Ilford sainsburys is a great place to shop & the staff is very friendly. ????

Always empty shelves for items you need. Never have I ever had a full grocery shopping done here because I cannot seem to find the items. What I do not understand is, why cannot the manager/supervisor do check rounds at least 3 times a day checking what is out of stock/nearly out of stock to give them more priorities?

Recently, I called up a staff to check if they had Highland water in stock and he went to check it and brought me 1 pack. When I asked if I could have 2 packs more, he replied ohh I cannot. I asked if they didn’t have any left, he replied “it is piled up and at the bottom of the pile”. Either there is serious health and safety issue here for stacking stuffs too high or the staff is plain lazy”.
