disgusting staff, I wait an hour while some dexter talks to the client about life and where he came from. I really do not recommend this center, the employees say "if you want to quickly look for another point"

My transaction of this store was quiet smooth. I’ve waited 15 minutes for my token to buy simcard. All the staff and also the Filipino Manager i’ve observed were so accommodating specially Dexter Lacaden who served me with a big smile and explained everything in clear manner. I definitely recommend this branch.

Extremely sorry for posting but i visit this branch like 10 time in 6 months
Every time there system is down and customers have to wait minimum 1 hour
After you take appointments in advance ,
Ridiculous brand

I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this business to others.Islam Zidan was incredibly welcoming and helpful.Very competent on this job and knows exactly what he's doing.I would definitely come back!

It was just kind of amazing costumer service experienced.just want to thanks to one of your staff named Islam Zidan i dont remember but i think i mentioned right ???? who assist and did great job and potentially helping costumers requirements. Thank you ????

Islam Zidan is very professional, polite, and very helpful. As a customer i really felt at ease getting my new du plan with his help. He explained everything very well giving me the assurance that i understand what i have signed up for.

The worst customer service by the agent Dexter Lacaden. He should not be in this job, he doesn't know what is the front desk job, he is extremely rude not only me others person also were complaining about his behaviour I request to Du please change his position he should be in the back office or somewhere else but not in Customer Service.
