It's a mall normally visited by the people living in surrounding.For everyday purchases like household , groceries and for a bit of entertainment this is a good place.Usually not rushy.

I went today morning around 11 am to Etisalat shindhaga city center for the replacement for my SIM card and the actual charge for sim replacement was Aed 25 plus vat and they directly asked me aed 30 and didn’t give me the change

Staff are friendly and accommodating, They helped me with my queries and did their best, remained calm even though they were having some minor technical issues. They explained me everything well with my postpaid billing issues.

The most worst service I have ever experienced. I visited the service center to inquire about my account cancelation. The staff (Abdullah Ali Hussain) is not willing to take any requests nor trying to help at all. Moreover, he was very rude. I was wondering if they can't help people with their problems why Etisalat has opened a service center.
