Large clothing and accessories store that's part of a larger chain carrying various entry level brands of clothing (including its own branded label) for relatively inexpensive contemporary clothing. The range caters to adults and children, male and female.

Splash also has a website for online shopping which includes a wider range of clothing, where you can pick up and collect from physical stores like this one with no delivery charge.

Service is OK. They aren't very proactive, which is good if you like to browse at your own pace.

the worst customer service ever and bad quality
,spent over $1000 after one wash everything comes smaller And tight,i promise When I come back for next vacation the first thing I’m going to do I’m going to report them to
the consumer protection , I advise every shopper run away everything is fake and not even blister. It’s a trash materials, they should close this store that’s a fraud and rip off

Really disappointed at the support received regarding a return well within all the criteria of the policy . Even the feedback machine at the desk wasnt working , none of the staff was aware of that . Don't like taking any names as it is the responsibility of the organisation to train their staff

The staff is not helpful at all.
So much dirty clothes and they not doing anything with it.
I asked staff about it they said “sometimes it happens”
Was shocked with professionalism of the staff.
