Worst service. From the booking arrangement to the drop off. Food is not worth what you paid for. Staff are so rude, hopping in the car for dune bashing is a nightmare as there’s no queue. Waiting for a long time to be taken to the camp site. Your patience will be tested with this company. Please do not buy from this company esp thru Cobone. Worst ever!

Worst service, (CAMP NO.038)First of all the the driver let us wait one hour at the pickup point. Arrogant staffs mainly coordinator who arranging the seat and arranging the vehicle to drop you off ( NAME Manzoor) he don't know even the counting. ( He said 2+2+3 is 7 person and 5+2 is not 7 that time i dont know what i have to say to him) and if you say to them to follow the lines he have replied you don't know anything and i am doing my duty. Extremely poor cooperation with guest. maximum 2-3 minute dune bashing. once you reach there first thing they will ask you to pay more money and upgrade to VIP section so that you can have drinks bla bla. If you can't provide all the services with the normal price package then why are you promising, instead go with one package so that guests can enjoy the time they deserved. Mainly the FOOD, its was not tasty, no much options, very cold, the have said unlimited barbeque but they were serving to each person three pieces which is must be left from last nyt or during the date time. The funniest thing they are serving soft drinks name zam zam 2up something instead of pepsi and 7up, i saw this kind of drinks first time in UAE. OVERALL IT WAS THE WORSE DECISION TO TRY THIS DESERT SAFARI AND I SUGGEST THE PPLZ IF THEY WANT TO ENJOY PLZ CHOOSE THE GOOD ONE AND ENQUIRE PROPERLY SO THAT YOU WILL NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, SPECIALLY THE PRECIOUS TIME. IF THEY HV OPTION I WOULD'T NOT GIVE THEM EVEN ONE STAR.

Just back from the place, our driver was quite good, but safari was not surely upto the mark, staff was OK but food was of low quality and in many points service was not upto the mark. Events needed to be better, Lot of scope for improvement but not bad either.

Please don't waste your money, they'll not turn up for booking.

Was picked on time. Sand dune bashing was ok.. nothing very thrilling. Then the ordeal began. We reached camp around 4pm after the ride. The food after 8pm , entertainment show was supposed to start only after 7- 7:30.. so basically most of us were just sitting there with nothing much to do(camel ride, sand boarding, henna tattoo.were included in the package) we chose the VIP section since they scared us saying only 45mins food buffet will be available & they expecting atleast 500 people.. so VIP section was to have full service which was supposed to start an hour before the regular buffet.. anyway the staff if very rude even on asking water. They served local unbranded soft drinks.. food was served - 1 thali (Indian style of bland rice chole, dry salad greens & the driest of pita bread) to be shared amongst 2 people.. the show is nothing much to be spoken about.. the staff literally came across as goons n were irritated on asking about the quality of food, appetizers & drinks.. please try a different company n do not waste your time on this . Once you get in there, there is no way to get out until the whole "Show" is over

The safari the three of us booked through you (real adventures) was absolutely not worth our time or money. The driver was very nice however, he was 45 plus minutes late to pick us up, had to pick up another two individual’s (which he was very late picking up as well) and then he had to get gas. By the time we got to the safari it was so dark. No one even offered us to do the camel ride that we paid for. I had to show my package too the henna lady...who then said, ‘Henna is complimentary’ and did a very poor/sloppy design. Atv-ing was an absolute joke... we drove around in a small circle in the dark. Could taste sand in the food. Overall 1 star out of 5 and would not recommend anyone to do this safari in Dubai.

If you have been to any desert safari, don't go for this. Only different thing is belly dance (not available in Ramadan). Services are very ordinary. Demand supply does impact quality of service, attitude of provider etc. Better just hire a vehicle to go for sand dunes. Avoid food and hospitality of these so called providers who are there to make money from all possible means.

Just shameful that this property has been left empty for over 7 years. A combination of a hopeless mayor and a hopeless local authority. Both dither. Neither has any vision or a sense of how much loss this delay represents.
