BASEMENT. Which little bit difficult for the people to take their items down to basement. Above all there is no access for Retired personnel and even no offer for retirees. So my suggestion are....
First they give access to Retirees with discounts to send their items there home countries or abroad.

Plus the guy in charge asked me to open the envelope, repack it and put it in their official bag. Wasnt a hard thing but he is simply too busy for a single customer. I didn't even feel I am dealing with international brand.
DHL simply overcharge for a local courier. Totally not recommended.

He was talking on the phone while dealing with my packages and was very grumpy since something stressful happened in his personal life. My packages were wrapped nicely but he told me to open all for inspection and he was very rude !! So I told him to stop being rude and grumpy. He changed his attitude from that point and told me that he didn’t need to check the rest of the packages anymore because I declared they were only clothes. Is it allowed not to check inside? And if yes, why he wanted me to open all at the beginning ? I was upset because he was rude, not because he wanted to check all. If it’s the procedure, he should do it even tho customers are upset. It was very confusing experience.
But i put 2 star because the service is reasonable :)

Being our 1st time sending items home to our family members due to Covid, we had alot of questions due to uncertainties. His attitude was down rite rude, he treated us as if we were irritants.. best part was, we were the only 1s there initially, therefore we weren't even holding up a line.
He was the most disguntled & impatient individual we hv ever met!

1st they are way more expensive than other competitors ( almost double price )
and then they are way not professional,
I sent through them some documents but after 15 days, I received a call that the document has not bee shipped, waiting for an Indemnity Letter which I do not know why???
while I had already signed this letter and hand it over to their guy when he come for collection.
till now the document has not been shipped and I don't know by when it will arrive...
