Was a tenant in Al Qusais 1 complex for 3 years....wonderful experience as all the staff...real estate to cleaning to security...were just amazing....flats also just renovated this last year...and 2BHK rent quite affordable for the area...loved the view from the balcony too...

Be aware of renting a property from AFGRE. When it comes to the refund procedure of the deposit, they find excuses to return your money. They were charging me for things that never existed in the apartment and had told me a different price for the painting and when it came to the charge bit - they said it was an error and wanted to charge more.

My suggestion to anyone moving in to an AFGRE property would be to make your own move in report and make them sign it before you can start living in the property.
