The worst service, been following up with them for some maintenance due to in professional work done (installation of inner air condition unit) which caused leakage in the sealing (damaged the sealing and the door). After several follow up with them they replaced the sealing but the wooden door which has absorbed water and got damaged in the bottom was ignored. Several follow up calls with several promises to look into it without bothering. I advise any investor to reconsider before buying. Guess what this is in one of there prime buildings (Misk 2)

I visited the discovery centre "Masaar". Amazing designs, abundant green spaces, sales people are not too pushy, it's plain to see that Arada is one of the better developers out there.

I had a negative experience with Arada in Aljada. My completion letter was received in January and since then, I have purchased furniture and paid the full amount. However, I have yet to receive the key. I have been in touch with them every few weeks, but they keep providing different information. For example, two weeks ago, they claimed that the electricity was connected and they needed two to three weeks for testing. Today, I was informed that the electricity has not been connected yet and they are waiting for SEWA to finish the job. If they complete their work, testing will only take a day. It's quite frustrating and misleading coming from a trusted developer like them.????

This company cold called me try and sell a property to me, then hung up when I asked where they got my phone number. I tried calling them back and then declined the call. More dodgy sales practices. Will be reporting to Commercial Compliance & Consumer Protection (CCCP). I encourage everyone to do so when you get unsolicited phone calls.

I have a bad experience with Arada.
They give promises for hand over since January but nothing happened till now.
We have completed the full payment long time back and purchased the furniture .
Now we pay charges for the delay in the delivery of the furniture because they didn't give the key yet.
We pay for the rent of our current property and charges for the furniture.
Soooo disappointed.

Run away!!!
This company and their employees (Doaa Darwish, and 2 other collaborators Chirag Kaushik and his manager Subroto Banerjee) use illegal techniques and scam the most vulnerable people by trying to extract money from them and claiming to "block" units by leaving to the client a period of time for reflection while giving the possibility of recovering the deposit deposited if they want to make a cancelation this is obviously not the case the money disappears and Arada denies knowing these people working with them!!

Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff. I was trying to communicate with concerned person/department to get a confirmation on a meeting they promised to arrange it and schedule it and no response at all !!

It is the perfect car park for a walk to Bracklinn Falls.
The car park itself is just a little small for the number of people that want to use it. Otherwise it is a totally great car park.

We took the circular route. Which I recommend after the falls you have a long climb, but it is certainly worth it!
The path to the falls is very well maintained, a broad gravel path. Very suitable for wheelchairs. ( Going back from the falls to the carpark might be challenging)
After the falls if you follow the rouw the path becomes a small one person track with some big rocks, until to forest road is reached.
Half way this route there is another big waterfall that ends in a big pool, called scouts pool. The perfect spot for a picnic or if you are up to it, a swim.
Although the water looks very cold, I've seen a number of people swim in it.

Since the removal of the bridge the walk isn't very long but easy to do. Steep decent towards the bridge area but we'll turfed. Two car parks near by.

Decent wee carpark albeit a bit small, can be very busy on sunny days. The top carpark is a bit closer but has been chocka block every time I've been so the lower one is usually the best bet with a small walk up the hill. Close to the falls which are beautiful, you can get in the water at several different bits. On low rainfall days, you can get into the little "pool" at the top of the waterfall. They have put a new bridge in to get across the falls now, it's not as nice as the old wooden one but it does the job!

The new bridge is great and I had a great walk around the forest. There is even these benches to rest for a while and well signage to the falls.

Waterfalls Whoooo! There is a car park after a steep incline drive. Paved gravel path to walk. About a mile walk to reach the waterfall. There is inclines and steep bits However do not need to be a professional to do this walk. Wear good shoes (trainers). Spectacular views. Dog friendly. Forest walks as well.

It is about a mile walk from the car park. It is a great tour destination. The bridge was removed so it is not possible to go to the other side of the waterfall but still good view to the water.
