very badly disappointed by such a big name in the trade industry. i bought a white watch which already had some very light marks on the rubber strap. went back the very next day for an exchange... they did not let me make an exchange saying it was used. . i don't know if they have ever let any of their customers make an exchange. they seemd very fraudulent to me.

I called this branch last month to check the latest Seiko Black Series, and the staff told me that she will arrange the watches and let me know when they are ready so I can visit the shop. After, a week I received a call from Marissa, she is the same staff that arranged the watches.
Same day, I went there and tried the watches, and after few minutes I bought one.
Marissa is very accommodating and all the staff are nice. Looking forward to purchase another in this shop. Thank you and more power!

An absolute nightmare of service, really awful and unbelievably unprofessional.
I ordered 2 watches from them online during a sale recently, for me and my wife, both Kolber watches. mine was delivered the wrong colour, and it literally took 2 weeks of calls, emails, and multiple visits to the store to exchange it, and it was a testament of how unprofessional this company is.
with my wife's watch we got it much worse. It stopped working 3 days after we received it, so i took it to the shop and they said its a battery issue, which for me meant that they had had it for a very long time on display, but anyway I just accepted it.
just a week later the supposedly new watch stopped working again, so as usual I took it again to the store, they asked me to leave it and promised someone will call the next day, and of course no one did, so i called to check 2 days later only to get that movement change was required, and not only that but we have to wait for a couple of weeks to get that done as they don't have the part.
I think its really logical at this point not to want this watch anymore, so I was reasonable enough to ask for return or even exchange, and they just flat out refused.
I have spoken to few people already but no one is helpful, and no one would connect me to a manager, they just say they will check with higher management then get back to me to say not possible.
What kind of service is this? I will never ever buy anything from any of Alfuttaim companies ever again, and am so disappointed as a consumer, so one star is actually just too good for them.

I want to share how good the service and staff in this place, They are amazing especially Mr.Jigar who always assist me and my family whenever we visit.

We bought 3 watches from them and I will always go to this place they are so accomodating and friendly. I'm sahring also to my friends and family ♥

It was okay. Staff were nice. But the watches are double the market value and they offer discount to make it seem like you are getting good deal when in fact you are still paying 30 percent more.

I went to replace battery today at 5pm and found “weekly off” board. Even changing a battery of watch in such a “big” watch shop in a major mall seem to be a luxary!!!!

The company supplying Sapphire with their CBD and THC oil changed the formula of the oils I was receiving, and I had a bad reaction to it. I was told to contact Rokshaw, the supplier, for a refund. I did this and Rokshaw said that they inform Sapphire of the change, and it's up to them to tell their customers. Sapphire have refused to give me a refund, and no real explanation as to why. Terrible customer service, £130 down the drain.

Literally a waste of time . I applied on there website in June 2022 and was accepted for medical . The year is now 2023 and still no medicine has been received after providing all the relevant medical information relating to my condition and a letter of diagnosis from the GP . I paid for 3 consultation costing a total of £150 (got 50 back but only because I complained) then on the third consultation I was prescribed flower to only to be called two days later to be told that the prescription had been rejected and that they wanted me to speak with a pain specialist another cost I was not willing to pay . I tried to log back into my account to look into this and it said my account was closed and I was not eligible for medical canna anymore let’s say that was the final straw for me and I contacted them to say I wouldn’t be going any further with sapphire or paying anymore money feel taken for a ride for them to earn some quick cash without actually helping me . I’ve applied for another care provider and in the space of two weeks have been prescribed and I am currently waiting on my prescription been sent .my advice don’t waste your time or money with them . There clinicians didn’t even know cannabis was legal in California clueless people all round with no real clue about the medicines being prescribed !

The support from the start thus far for my brother has been second to none. I would have gave my right arm for my brother to get some normality in his life and the street weed for his epilepsy and arthritis was such a hit or a miss. It was just so discomforting to see him suffer in such pain and dilusion with his fits at only 29. I have strong faith thus far that everything they are and continue to do I the future will greatly help my brother. Any queries are always answered and everyone ive spoken to have been othing but courteous, understanding and so kind.

31/5/23 I reviewed Sapphire a year ago now…wee update.
Today I went sunbathing in the morning had lunch walked the dog at a stunning wee lake had dinner and went fishing at 8pm and caught 2 sea trout…doctors still say there’s nothing more they can do ..well now it’s about quality over quantity and I didn’t appreciate days like this enough before I was I’ll …thankyou to the sapphire team for all their help. Today was one of my best.

I owe my life to Sapphire medical and curaleaf pharmacy. I was crippled by chronic pain, nerve damage and extreme panic attacks. Got told there was nothing more NHS could do so Contacted Sapphire medical just for a second opinion. I wasn’t going to last another 6 weeks and it’s been a year and 3 days now and I’ve been Living a life not just surviving. I can walk without sticks , all the shaking stopped and I’ve not had a full panic attack in 6 month’s... give yourself another chance of a normal life and see if it works for you

Huge con when it comes the the price and quality of the oils provided by this company. If you want to put £50 down the drain for an appointment from condescending, money-grabbing pseudo doctors, then get a consultation with Sapphire Clinics. If not, then I'd advise you avoid it at all costs!

This company are absolutely fabulous they're treatments have helped my arthritic conditions as well as my Severe Dermatitis Thank God for Sapphire Medical Clinics please ignore the low reviews that other people have left, this company is the real deal 100%

I had read about Sapphire Clinic and having exhausted all of the prescribed medications I decided to contact them.
I was unsure of what to get,but I was anxious about having to describe all my symptoms and ailments.
In the past I have had difficult interactions with Drs etc.
The Dr I saw was fantastic! She put me at ease and knew about Fibromyalgia, R.A and the other ailments that come along with the. She knew how life changing the side effects of the medications can be.
I felt believed and understood. I didnt feel under pressure to proce my illness,to show how devastating its been to my life.
I also had an appointment with a pharmacist and he was just as kind and understanding.
I would highly recommend Sapphire clinic and was shocked at how accessible and reasonably priced their products are ????????
