I tried to explain to the teller (FATIMA) that I needed help with a cheque that was issued to me by the bank but she just kept repeating that I should call the call center. I was very frustrated by this, as I had already tried calling the call center and had been on hold for over 30 minutes. I just wanted to get my issue resolved, but the teller was not helpful at all.
In the end, I hung up on the call center and left the ATM. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Mashreq Bank, and I will not be using their ATMs again.
I am also concerned about the fact that there is a service available in the ATM, but the tellers are not trained to use it. This is a major problem, as it means that customers are unable to get the help they need when they use the ATM.
I urge Mashreq Bank to take action to improve their teller service. They should train their tellers to use the service available in the ATM, and they should make it easier for customers to get through to the call center. I believe that these changes would make a big difference in the customer experience.
