Very bad service by Wassima
We are regular customers of l octtaine and she behaved as if we came to take it for free
The spa facility was available to check on the products but even after asking her she denied the same
She needs training to do better work
We had been treated better in other branches and we always buy your products and is this the service we get ?

Excellent service received from Beauty advisor Gawali Santoshi. Very pleasant, warm and patient. First time to visit the store and I was pleasantly surprised. Pass my regards and please encourage her to keep it up.

Just now bought some items from this store and I have to Compliment the Sales person Ms Benda working in the store is an excellent employee. She knows everything about the items in the store. She will tell you everything you wish to know about any beauty range. She has an excellent smile and approachable personality. She clearly sets a high bar for other sales personnel in that festival city mall. Based on my experience in this mall the salesperson have no knowledge of the items they are selling.
I wish this high praise for Ms Binda’s hard work is been taken into consideration by Loccitane company and this adds on to her promotion.
Thank you very much Binda for excellent Instore experience. I already have a new list to buy for next time I visit.

The Doctors themselves are brilliant, but the way the practice is run is questionable. Getting an appointment is so difficult with the current “phone and pray at 8am” system, where other systems in neighbouring areas allow you to book appointments online. Too much is left to the reception staff, who end up catching the flack from disgruntled patients, they’re being asked to triage, without the proper medical training. PLEASE just implement an online booking system.

Can't get an appointment, told to phone earlier and try again tomorrow. Attempted to call at 8 as suggested, phones disconnected till 8:10 then I was too late and had to try again. Took weeks to get myself seen for painkillers after surgery. Now my daughter needs a physical appointment and we are on day 5 of trying to make one. Can't say anything about the doctors as they are always helpful and knowledgeable but the reception staff and the way the place is run is an embarrassment.

Doctors at practice are really good, really nice Practitoners, unfortunately cannot say same for some Reception staff who are NOT medically trained and thrive in hanging up on a call.
Personal errors were made with my notes on disc format to another service and left hand didn't know what right was doing. Very angered and frustrated!

Can't get an appointment for 3 days now in a row, being told to phone next day, what's the point of paying taxes and NI if you can't get basic care?! Shameful place!!!!

I PHONED TO SPK TO A DOCTOR TODAY I KNOW THEY ARE VERY BUSY BUT I AM IN TOTAL AGONY TO WHICH DEBBIE TOLD ME SHE COULD TELL TGE DOCTOR HOW MUCH PAIN IM IN SHE ACTED LIKE SHE WAS THE DOCTOR AND TOLD ME SHE WOULD TELL TGEM WHAT I NEEDED AM TOTALLY DISGUTED WITH THIS
