Great wee spot for a wander with the kids or with your dog. Locally maintained according to the signs and they do a good job. Only takes 30 mins max for a complete loop around the path. There's a carpark with ample spaces and despite being only 5 mins from the town.....no tourists. Not that I've anything against tourists but sometimes it's nice to just walk around some woods in peace.

Brill place. Lots of bird life on pond. A few squirrels. Lovely walks. Seating areas. Lots of space for children to run around and explore some of the trees and flowers and grasses. Worth a visit. Free entrance. You

My dog's favourite place to walk. Two ponds with meandering paths, with a choice of going uphill to commonty walk. Well maintained by the local community. The North pond path can be somewhat muddy after a spell of rain.

Love the tranquility of these ponds. A good hide out to bird watch and there are many. Plenty benches placed in strategic places. Not too busy with traffic (people) depending on day and time you visit. The pond life is varied with a good platform for viewing. A great place to sit and reflect, be at one with nature and breathe in the fresh air.

A lovely walk around the pond with little fairy villages in various locations, including in the trees. A great place for children.

Lovely hidden gem. Enjoyed a walk through the woods to the ponds. Watched a variety of birds and ducks by the water. Very peaceful
