Very bad!!!!
So disappointed with all the service!
AND THE MANAGEMENT!!
I have a dinner in their food court, not yet 1 hour I stayed.
And I lose my shopping bag, there is inside ( NEW HAIR STRAIGHTENER, SKIRT,SUN GLASSES,JACKET)
I make a report directly & I complain but they can’t process! They said we need this and that to much rules. I check 3times I ask the cleaning service. But they said NOTHING! I call the security he said he will checked but still nobody call me from the management until now!
It’s unbelievable how come 30minute only I stay there but my bag is gone!!

This is the new Entrance in Al Ghurair Mall ( Entrance 6 ) before only five Entrance now they added a new one in the fish roundabout side in front of Claridge Hotel side road crossing area it is easy to access whoever coming by work to enter to the Mall

Good for shopping.. for fashion, food & cinema best option. Just walking distance from union metro station

Very bad service ....and very slow ....when I check with the security why the Customer service very slow he said Manager is not here.
Waiting almost 2 hours ????
