This restaurant is famous for its buns and coffee/tea selections.

We just ordered ginger tea but it was too strong for my taste.

Great location to hang out and chill. Its quite spacious when we visited with a lot of available seats. Mall wifi was strong inside which was great. Unlike other cafes, I dont see any sockets though if you want to work.

Service was average and we had to wait for some time before being served. This could be improved.

New location in the mall side by side with other cafes. Though the previous location is much better still the bun is a must try. Just noticed it seems the bun has lost it shape. Staff are accommodating so leaving this at 4 ⭐️

This place has a great selection of coffees (hot & cold) and organic teas. Best place !! Great day to have a nice cup of tea with fluffy bun !!! Makes your day smooth. Staff are very friendly and professional at their approach .. ( especially ABBY)

Being a loyal costumer here In Papparotti Al Ghurair Mall I would like to commend Ms Abby for her good costumer service .. she always attend our needs everytime we need something. She is an asset of the company. Keep the Good works team.. definitely they all deserve a Good commendation :))) Thank you

The buns and drinks were great. We ordered brownie frappe, choco frappe all with buns, and red velvet cake - not sweet but just right Yummy. May, who assisted us, was so accommodating and friendly - service was super! Overall, I recommend this place.

We were craving for the bun and drink combo from Papparoti. Good thing we visited the Al Ghurair branch and the food quality and attention to our requests were on par with our expectations. Kudos to May for the excellent service (and wi-fi). Will definitely come back!

Very friendly and helpful staff.... cosy and warm welcome by staff May at Al Ghurair Centre. Highly recommend this place to chill. Great buns, I can eat this everyday!

Nice place to relax, and have coffee and their bun was fresh as always, Ice matcha was the best ever ????consistent service from the staff special mayrin, they are friendly even though they are very busy..thank you for wonderful experience. Will visit again with my friends.
