Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Cold Stone

Review: I recently had a visit to Cold Stone, and while their ice cream is undeniably delicious, I was left incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service I received. In particular, my interaction with Mr. Sujan was disheartening.

I approached the counter and politely requested a change of currency, understanding that the company policy might not allow it. However, Mr. Sujan's response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering any explanation or alternative solution, he was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome.

As someone who has been a loyal customer, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the product, and it's disheartening to encounter such behavior from an employee. This incident has unfortunately made it clear that this will be my last visit to Cold Stone.

I sincerely hope that Cold Stone management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue of poor customer service. It is crucial for them to foster a welcoming and respectful environment for their patrons.

Team is very friendly, ice cream is really nice and they let you try and choose without rushing you. But milkshakes are not really recommended, unfortunately. Couldnt even finish mine - it was extremely sweet, too sweet and the lid of the cup didnt air out smelling like chemicals every time i took a sip

I gotta give this a 5starer for the love of Cold Stone. All time favorite for ice cream and shakes. Try the strawberry shake and you can thank me later. For coffee lovers you need to try mix milkshakes of vanilla and coffee.

Such a Wonderful place to hangout with their delicious icecream as well as icecream cakes and warm customer service from their staff. And its loacated near to Tunisia food court where you can enjoy plethora of food cuisines.

Amazing experience best ice cream ever. Indeed it was an ultimate ice cream experience. The guy who served us was very humble with the service thanks to Sujan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for his service.

Recieved a welcoming service with every visit by Mr.Sandip ???? , Humane guy who will treat you with respect and talk in a sociable manner ⭐️ On top of that the Milkshakes & Ice-Cream’s were top notch with a delicious taste with every bite .

We were sitting there at Ibn Battuta branch today to celebrate Father's Day and to buy cake for surprise.

We informed the Filipino staff and he was helpful and he knew about our intention. We were having tea and about to get up when another staff (Nepali) came and made a big fuss about us sitting there, and insulted our Uncle who is 70+ years and in the end we decided to leave and not buy the cake that we wanted to get as surprise. Kindly train your staff to be more respectful towards elders and communicate better , they could have used the moment to upsell instead they brought down your reputation.

Good ice cream and milkshakes from this branch that seems to be quite quiet. There's a decent amount of flavours that is varied enough to cater not only to people wanting traditional flavours, but also some "local" flavours to residents of the UAE. Also available are tubs of ice cream to take home and ice cream cakes.

As it's situated in the food court, but facing the mall walkway, it's suitable for sit down as dessert or to takeaway as a treat.

Service is efficient and ok.
