I went to al Jaber, mall of emirates branch . One of the sales man called Abdulla Egyptian guy he was teasing and laughing on the customers and talking very rudely . It’s very disappointing that al Jabbar having this kind of sales people with their shops and they keep him for long and they will loos more customer like me . Managment has to take immediate action .

***ATTENTION.Consider this as a ZERO Star!! Specifically for your uneducated and unprofessional optometrist Lakshmi from Kerala. Dear management kindly check her educational documents I don't really think she is qualified to sit in that position. She don't even know the definition of colour blindness. We just went through the worst optical experience in Dubai. She was really rude and arrogant to us. And don't even tried to listen what we are saying instead of she was keep on saying she studied for 4 years and having 6 years of experience in this field. We went there for a eye test . And without checking properly she simply made a conclusion that my partner have a color blindness. Pls check her ear she is having deafness I guess. Coz she showed green color and my partner was saying it's green but she heard it is CREAM. So simply she gave us a color blindness -unfit certificate. Afterwards also we tried to explain that he don't know all the color names but only few. It doesn't mean that he is colour blindness.ofcourse he can see the color clearly but he doesn't know the name of the color.then she asked to him in a very rude way that what is his age ? How's it possible that you didn't learn the name of the colors at this age you are good in English also. Is that a relevant question to be asked to somebody? Does this makes any sense?change your attitude lady.
We checked with other facility immediately after that. So please don't act like a doctor. You are just a technician. Dear friends don't waste your time and money here .

I went tonight Tuesday 14 March to the jaber optics in mall of Emirates to ask if they could fix my daughters glasses that i bought from them, the employee immediately told me it cant be fixed without even looking at the glasses and I told them I will pay to fix, he told me buy a new one in a rude way, and then I told him that need screws he said ok I can fix for 300 derhams without even checking. I buy new glasses every year for myself and for my daughter plus the sunglasses as well, I don't need an employee to tell me to buy new ones without even checking, it's very rude and they should treat customers better. I am very disappointed and don't recommend this shop to anyone. Last time I buy any glasses from them!

I visited all of optic stores in MOE but at the end got frames for my husband from them. The optometrist there is beyond the professional with attention to every detail for choosing the best frames.
Too many options to choose and the gentleman who help us for eyeglass is very professional and knowledgeable

The store's customer service was exceptional in particular Shahzad . Not only he was friendly and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to help me after my glass broke. I highly recommend this store.

Choose your sales people wisely.. When a customer asks for a deal your sales person should never insist on selling his way! Besides, if you have same language sellers as of buyers then do effort to make for it.

I have shared my experience in pictures, within 6 months, brand Porsche , and they say missuse. Hhhhh , the right answer should: fake products fake customer service fake warranty... be careful guys
