It's impossible to call! There is no communication on the phone. Everything looks unkempt, the staff is not friendly. I was taken to the room and no one else came in, did not ask if I wanted water or tea. The car that delivered the passengers was old and out of order inside. The wheelchair is dirty. There was a very unpleasant feeling and unprofessionalism. The service costs 5,000 dirhams for two. It's not worth it. cheap tea service - serving. They brought me water in a plastic bottle, they didn't offer a glass. Everything is at a low level.

One of my top experience when it comes to comfort and ease. Friendly staff and delicious food. The place is always clean and they have some nice books to read.

Very difficult or mostly impossible to reach via phone, it can take days until you receive an answer via email.

When you pay such a amount of money for a airport vip service the Experience starts with booking the service and this is not easy at all. Duty manger IF he/ she answer the phone is not very friendly or helpful at all.

I even experienced once that I physically had to go to their office to pay for the service since the payment type was not accepted for what ever reason and nobody answered the phone or email for several days.
At the office the duty manger didn’t even apologize at all and just kept blaming his other staff, which is very unprofessional !
