I always like the Burger King service staff from some of their branches I visited. But this one right here is just a letdown for me.

Perhaps it cam be a factor that I went there for an early flight or maybe the staffs are new. But they have a really poor customer service and they are even having a hard time to comprehend certain transactions.

Nevertheless, the food quality is the same.

Just hope their customer service skills may improve.

Such a lovely place in Dubai airport, they will customise your food order according to your taste requirements. So friendly and caring. I loved it. Was there in transit. Spend time there as much as you want no problem.

Cheats: Please be careful and inquire with the leader Arlene with the end prices and options she suggests during her casual talks. I ordered for crispy chicken menu, I was asked if I wanted spicy or regular fries with it. I opted for spicy, in general that would be fries with chilli flakes. But I was given Tex - mex for an additional 5 AED which was not conveyed to me. Never again for me, my son dint at all enjoy his kids meal too, so I am glad, he wont make a fuss to visit Burger King the next time we are at the airport. Update: I see from the past reviews they are pro in upsizing the order without the customer's consent.

There is a lot of crowd here you might also think that everyone is in line here but actually most of them are just thinking what to order. Don't get fooled, walk in and order for your whooper. Food is good, workflow can be improved and place is clean.

The cashier has a clearly runny nose and is not wearing a mask. I did not dare to eat there and they refused to return the money for the order (which was not even cooked)
