Al khail gate community is a good place to live especially for the bachelors , you have all facilities within the community , the issue you will face mostly while traveling , you will find the RTA busses on time but due to huge crowded , you may not get the space to get into the bus , people are running behind the bus to get which could be dangerous...

We don't feel safe anymore in this community. I have nothing against black people but they are causing a lot of safety issues these days. A lot of fightings and noises, experienced an aggressive doorbell ringing early in the morning and even trying to open my door. Management are not bothered when reported. Poor poor customer care.

Community is completely crowded with bachelors and the community management is not keen on maintaining the community, their main goal is to make extra rent by renting it to shared partitions. Customer complaints are never answered/fulfilled.

This community center is nice, almost everything available including supermarket, saloon, restaurant, cafeteria, clinic etc.

Also Parking is free nowadays. It has a food court inside and two small pay area for Kids.

Unfortunately the gym is closed nowadays.

It's one of the crowded communities in Dubai, its a task to get in and get out of the community during the peak hours, heavy traffic you can find here. Getting a parking is also a task for you. Buildings are nicely built and interior and space inside the apartments are really good. . If you wanna live here then you have got everything what u need for a family, from hyper markets to park you can find everything here.

A very crowded place, but overall experience is good. Different nationalities living peacefully, and cleanliness of the community is also better. But finding car parking at night is a big issue anyway.
