Good location for long transit/few nights as it’s 5 min on taxi from the airport.
I’ve booked this hotel as I’ve landed at Al-Maktoum pretty late and didn’t want to have a long ride to the centre of Dubai. But in the end I was transferred to another building of this hotel, so I still had ride (long enough, as it’s in production centre). For me this is not a problem in general, but I was noticed about transferring to another place right in the time I’ve entered the hotel, while I was tired after long flight and had no any energy.

Haven't been here yet, can see it from my apartment across the road, but don't think there is a safe way to cross on foot, when will this be rectified?went for breakfast, friendly staff, was shown where everything was when I walked in and told about the egg station. I went for poached eggs which were cooked to perfection and were presented beautifully. Coffee was good , the only thing for me would be I perfection my coffee in a slightly bigger cup instead of keep getting up to refill .also great value for money 5⭐️

Great location, next to the airport. Good rooms with good sound insulation, so I can't hear flights taking off. The staff, however, is sub-par. They aren't really trained well, when I ordered room service, the front desk initially claimed I hadn't placed any deposit for my stay, I had to go downstairs with the room attendant, show them my receipt with the deposit at which time they apologized and acknowledged the deposit. They are friendly, but just severely lacking in training

@aloftdubaisouth is best known for its emphasis on a lively, in-hotel social scene and innovative music programming, highlighting emerging artists and other music activations through the Live At @aloftdubaisouth @aloftdubai @aloftdubai Hotels global program.

The staff were friendly, food was tasty and plentiful (we were half board which meant we could have either dinner or lunch which offered great flexibility)

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was with full of varieties and restaurants with views and great food.

Overall, we had a great experience staying with the @aloftdubaisouth ????????????????????

Front desk team is amazing ..taking care of ur need to Al mahtuom apt n back..always helpfull..booking a local cab...
Full team at front desk,make ur stay memorable..Indian/ Nepal/ philipino...but all in all superb...

The hotel is fine but what made me write this review is the restaurant lady called Shiney. She is super sweet and the amount of details she pays attention too, creative service is just amazing. What an amazing worker. I have never seen someone like her in all of my hospitality experience all over the world!

The hotel is a refreshing stay in the middle of the desert to get fresh clean air away from the city! It’s unique with nice interior with spacious and comfortable rooms! The pool was fun and child friendly! The staff was nice and cooperative! The food was average quality though, yet with variety of choices! We got complimentary tickets to Legoland which was pleasant surprise for our 4yo!
Overall we had good time!
