I stayed at the Holiday Inn , Everything was fine. Very clean and big rooms, a beautiful hotel in a modern style. The food is very good, varied and tasty. All staff provided their professionalism , care and openness. He was constantly in touch with us and made conditions for comfort. It's a very peacefully place. I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel and will be back again with my family.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say that the staff and services provided were exceptional.

From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had especially Mr. Syed on front desk.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job in ensuring everything was in order and promptly responded to our additional needs.

The hotel amenities were also impressive. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals and the room service was prompt and efficient. The concierge was always available to provide recommendations and arrange transportation or local excursions.

Overall, I highly recommend to stay here for its exceptional staff and services. Their commitment to providing a top-notch experience truly made our stay memorable.

Stayed here with family and friends recently for a couple of nights and I must say there isn't much I can boast about this trip other than the good moments I shared with my friends.

Negatives:
1. To start off, there is NO valet service at this hotel... probably the only 4-star hotel in the entire region not to welcome its visitors at the gate.
2. I had booked a twin bed room but was surprised to get double bed room instead only to be informed they don't have my booking details. Had to request for a room change only to find that the twin beds in the room given to me were single bed good enough to accommodate only 1 person...whereas the twin bed my friend got in the adjacent room had bigger beds. When I asked the hotel staff to provide me with the same sized beds as my friend, I was told that I am being mistaken and they are the same size. I mean... I do have eyes and my senses are intact to identify different sized objects!!!
3. The swimming pool is the tiniest I have ever seen at a decent hotel. As much as the kids were excited to take a dip on this trip, it was too crowded at all times to even think about accessing it.
4. I can not stop complaining about the lack (or absence) of room service and housekeeping staff. We had to call at least 3 times for every request every single time.
5. Variety in the dinner buffet was disappointing. Surprisingly, there wasn't any drink on offer for the dinner other than water.

Positives:
1. The check-in process was smooth.
2. Despite having issues with the bed size... the rooms were clean and decent. The washrooms were the best amenity of this hotel.
3. Breakfast buffet was the highlight of this stay.
