Margarita Pizza for 52 AED. Base was store bought frozen and not made in house. Extremely disappointed with the pizza specially for the price charged for it. Burger and fish/chips were good. Crinkle fries with the burger were extra salty.

Smoothies were nice.
Service had some issues. We asked for the burger combo offer which clearly says 99 AED for burger+one side+ bottle of hops. Upon ordering this combo the server clarified we can only order fries as side which is anyway part of the burger for 68 AED and if we order or replace it with any other side it will be chargeable. Further they did not have bottle of hops so they were only giving half pint (which is less than 330ml bottle). Upon clarifying it was a misleading offer. If the only option of the side is fries then why offer one side as advertised. They can simply write fries.

Overall average experience with more misses than hits.

We have very limited food selection around our office however whenever we visit Nook in Aloft Dubai South, our tummy will be always full. I always order the classic burger, the beef was cook to perfection and ranch sauce is the best!

The place is so relaxing. You can dine by the pool. Food is wallet-friendly and very tasty at the same time. Will definitely go back. My family loves it here!

Great food option in DWC. The pasta Alfredo with chicken and mushroom is amazing . Great ambience for a work lunch. Plus point as it is not very crowded and has good seating area .staff are friendly and good service.

Nook at aloft hotel..... After arriving at breakfast later than expected and everything was cleared away. Hashi who was responsible for service ensured that we were provided with our breakfast and ensured we received everything required. We had plentiful of Danish pastries to take away and hashi offered a take away box so we could enjoy later. A first class service and displaying flexibility to look after guest needs add I highly recommend haau for her service to guests.

Lovely breakfast. Good variation. Our server Hashendri was amazing, she’s polite and quick and very attentive to our table.

Went yesterday with my wife and son. When I entered the restaurant felt it was a small place. But the service that I received was very overwhelming. Very impressed with the customer service and satisfaction offered by everyone. Right from the chefs during the shift to the 2 staffs who served us was very courteous and friendly. We were very comfortable.

Place: Right spacing midst of covid. All precautions taken care as per norms. Ample lighting and good privacy.

Menu: Had a good mix of foods from all cusines. Staff suggested good foods and also suggested they could spice up if needed. Drinks option also good with many options. Unfortunately missed the happy hours. But good deal. Recommend during happy hours and also during Friday and Saturday as they have special rates on drinks.

Food : Found it very tasty and impressive with the price. It was indeed budget friendly. Recommend families and friends for a good dinner or lunch time..
Definitely would love to visit more often.

Extra Mile service : Since my wife was celebrating her birthday, I had asked for a cake. They initially told me they don't have cakes, but later the staff checked with the chef and confirmed they can do as a special case.
After our dinner, we were served with a superb chocolate cake which was yum. Thanks to the entire team of Aloft Nook restaurant to make our day very memorable and joyful. We really loved the experience. A big shout to the Aloft management for keeping such impressive staffs for servicing customers to Nook restaurant.
They all deserve a pat !!
