The most impressive aspect of my stay is the staffs I was recognized from my previous stay and greeted very well.
they have managed to change my room twice without any hesitation it just because i wanted a different view. Also the team were consistently checked in on me to ensure my stay is as comfortable as possible. I must also commend the exceptional service provided by aanchal

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and business center, were well-maintained and easily accessible.

The exceptional service provided by the front office team, particularly Nizar and Hassan, made my stay at Staybridge Suites truly memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests set a new standard for customer service. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay, and I sincerely hope to return soon.

This is a review of my weekend lunch. I ordered a mushed potato with grilled chicken and mushroom cream. Mazen works as a waiter at the restaurant and make does an excellent job. I’ve been waiting for my lunch for a 7 minutes and he brought me a cup of coffee, that’s been a compliment, without any additional payment. And the food was very delicious! Special thanks for all the staff for that kindly service.

I’m living in here for a long time (about 3-4 months) and I saw lots of things. First of all location is the worst. If you ask something from room service,they bring it 1 hour later maybe other day. You feel thirsty you gotta be insistent. And if you looking for cleaning,sorry you will be disappointed. Air conditioner throws dust, you can feel it in your throat when you woke up. But above all, house keeping doesn’t know the meaning of privacy. I heard that they steal money from rooms when the guests weren’t in their rooms. They takes photos of your room without telling you nothing, they’re comes in and out when you’re sleeping so easily. After a while employees start to see you you were not guests.

I had the most wonderful experience during my stay at Staybridge Al Maktoum. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.

It's super nice, here you have all the services, your own kitchen and also if you want the breakfast service you can take it. It has gym, swimming pool, you will have a nice stay here. It's near Al Maktoum airport, but far from Jumeirah, beach and the other airport :(

I was very satisfied with the service we received and the hotel staff. They were helpful in everything. The reception staff, Syed who are friendly and supportive in every way, are especially good. They provided a comfortable and clean accommodation. One of the best hotels I would recommend for Dubai

Great service at this new to me IHG property very close to DWC Airport in Dubai South. I had some issues with a heavily delayed flight which my wife and daughter were on. I am an IHG rewards member and they quickly arranged a late checkout for us all. Great value and great breakfast too, highly recommended property near this soon to be expanded airport.
Great service also in restaurant with staff trained to high standard, was served by a trainee Mazen who I gave positive feedback to his manager at the time ???? ????
