American Eagle Store

The whole store is full of tourists and even after changing the location to a new place , it’s always overcrowded. Mostly there are only 2 staff one at the counter and one for handling the clothes . The staff are irritated when customer asks for help . How the management is putting only 2-3 staff with such an overcrowded overwhelming crowd ? There are no ladies to help . The stock is always finished . It’s a total mess . I’m staying close to DCC so no option but just to visit this store . High time management increases the staff . It’s a pathetic situation right now . Feel very sorry for the customers and for the staff . Ridiculous and shame on management that no one notices this situation ??? The ladies try room was locked and the manager refused to take out the bulky key as it was a ladies try room . I had to wait for 10 minutes when it was vacated . The try room had loads and loads of uncleared items .
