Specifically, American Eagle online shopping. Order lost for over a week terrible customer service, no resolution, and on top of that, the agents were surprised and upset that I lost my temper and got rude. The only time the agents called me back was to complain about my language. ????. What a joke

I have ordered from their website several times, where all my orders have been mostly cancelled. Their website is probably the most inefficient site you would ever use and they don’t update their inventory available. Their website is such a scam because you may think you got a good deal, but in reality give it a day or two and they’ll cancel your order. I am so done ordering from them and I would recommend you to not waste your time scrolling through their fake deals. Got one of my orders cancelled today, they also say that they’ll give you a discount code in return which never comes by. Scam, scam and scam. Be careful!

this brand is good
the quality is amazing
the price is nice
i will surely recommend this brand to others, but not in the Deira City Center Branch.
Because the filipina Lady is not accomodating she's very rude to the costumer and she's verry noisy we heard that she is complaining to her work. this is the worst costumer service i've encounter in uae

American eagle is brand . Higher price products.number one seller in the uae.but shopping bags are very cheap and poor quality. Please make happy to your customer they spent alot money for this brand. One more complain Price are totally different with 50% super sale in store only 50% but online I saw additional 20 %. For example one jean actual price is 190 aed . In store available after sale 95 aed but online same item is 40 AED only. Why different. Give reason or drop your contact number. Thank you

I ordered regular straight jeans pant 2 qty size is ok one pant, other 1 pant length is sort not same length. Shirt cloth very worst not worth price 80 AED and above.

Completely disorganised and hardly some staffs yesterday! All jeans were scattered around. 1st time some reasonable offers but disappointed to see only 1 staff doing all the jeans folding work and the audacity of the nepali cashier to tell Us to bring another jeans because the 1 we picked had no Barcode! Like seriously u expect customers to do ur work !! HORRIBLE. I'm sure he would not have said this to an Emirati. We said that there is no place and all jeans r scattered it's difficult to find so he made faces and went to bring. If ur work is a burden better Not work Dude. And also I noticed an Indian staffscreaming at some bachelors who were trying the shirts outside the trial room. Like why don't u'll expand or have more trial rooms and staffs..v bad customer service. Nobody to assist you in ladies section too. Hope the management at higher level see this review and take it into consideration ????

Best quality provider and I am using the brand American Eagle for years and I appreciate the support from alshaya group to having such a good brand. And I need to give advice to the staff in most of the branches that they are not that much cooperative and helpful in hectic sales season.
